Is Casa Mariposa a medical provider?
No. Casa Mariposa is a supportive concierge service offering lodging, transportation and trained nursing staff to assist with your recovery. Your surgery and medical decisions stay with the surgeon and facility you choose.
Do I need to have a surgeon or facility already?
It helps to have your provider and procedure dates confirmed, but it is not required to begin the conversation. Tell us where you are in the process and we will guide the next steps.
Which procedures do you support recovery for?
We support recovery for a range of gender affirming procedures. Share your procedure and your provider's recovery guidance, and we will plan your stay around them.
How long can I stay?
Stays are planned around your provider's recovery recommendations. Your length of stay is one of the factors that shapes your total and your deposit.
Can I request male or female nursing staff?
Yes. You can share your preference with us, and we will do our best to honor it.
Are airport and appointment transfers included?
Airport transfers and transportation to your provider are part of the concierge experience. Additional transportation within Puerto Vallarta can be added based on your needs.
